Data Deletion Instructions

  At Quu Scheduler, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our system.

  ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to:

  • Your Quu Scheduler account

  • All scheduled posts

  • Social media connection settings

  • Analytics and insights history

  What Data Will Be Deleted
  When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Account Information: Your email, name, and profile details

  • Social Media Tokens: All stored OAuth tokens for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Content: All uploaded images, videos, and scheduled posts

  • Analytics Data: Post performance metrics and insights

  • Settings: All app preferences and configurations

  How to Request Data Deletion

  METHOD 1: Delete from Your Account (Fastest)

  1. Log in to your Quu Scheduler account

  2. Go to Settings → Account

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click “Delete My Account”

  4. Confirm your decision

  5. Your data will be deleted immediately

  METHOD 2: Email Request

  1. Send an email to: privacy@bintastudios.com

  2. Include in your email:

     • Your registered email address

     • Your account username (if applicable)

     • Subject line: “Data Deletion Request – Quu Scheduler.”

  3. We will process your request within 30 days

  4. You will receive a confirmation email once completed

  Timeline

  • In-app deletion: Immediate (within minutes)

  • Email request: Within 30 days of receipt

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the deletion

  What Happens to My Social Media Posts?

  Published Posts: Posts that have already been published to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok will remain on those platforms. Deleting your Quu account does not delete posts from social media platforms.

  Scheduled Posts: Posts that are scheduled but not yet published will be canceled and deleted.

  Data We May Retain

  We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records for accounting purposes (anonymized)

  • Logs required for security and fraud prevention

  • Data required to comply with legal obligations

  Any retained data will be anonymized and cannot be traced back to you personally.

  Revoking Social Media Access

  In addition to deleting your Quu account, you should also revoke Quu’s access to your social media accounts:

  Facebook & Instagram:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites

  2. Find “Quu Scheduler.”

  3. Click “Remove.”

  TikTok:

  1. Go to TikTok Settings → Privacy → Apps

  2. Find “Quu Scheduler.”

  3. Click “Remove Access”
